Chef Greg Vernick brings a beloved Jersey Shore tradition to the heart of the city with the return of customizable fish preparations at Vernick Fish. Available as part of the USD 55 three-course lunch offering, guests can now choose how their entrée is prepared—blackened, fried, or grilled. This new menu addition echoes the coastal flavours and memories that inspired the restaurant’s original concept. The lunch begins with a baby gem salad, followed by the guest’s choice of protein preparation, blackened, fried or grilled; paired with crispy potatoes, carrot slaw, and a pickled pepper vinaigrette. To finish, a decadent dark chocolate mousse with poached cherries, whipped crème fraiche, and delicate sesame tuile.

Pride Month at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia

In celebration of Pride, Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia invites guests to sip and savour in support of the LGBTQIA+ community. Cool down with the Cucumber Gin Fizz at SkyHigh, a refreshing blend of Bluecoat Gin, Sotol Ono, Ancho Reyes Poblano, cucumber, agave, lime, and soda. At Jean-Georges, a refreshing Basil Lime Daquiri and at Vernick Fish, the Terracotta Warrior, made of Altos Olmeca Plata Pajarote tamarind, cinnamon and citrus. A portion of proceeds from these vibrant cocktails sold throughout June will benefit the William Way LGBT Community Center, supporting arts, culture, and connection in Philadelphia. Launching July 1, guests are invited to set sail on a chartered cruise along the Delaware River, taking in the beauty of Philadelphia’s historic waterfront from a new perspective. In partnership with Sea Philly, this exclusive experience aboard a beautifully restored wooden Chris-Craft boat accommodates up to six guests for a private and intimate voyage. New this summer, guests of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia can explore the city with complimentary Biria bikes, including four electric and two pedal bikes equipped with phone holders, baskets, and U-locks. Helmets are available in multiple sizes. Guests can cruise to iconic landmarks like the Liberty Bell and Independence Hall or take the scenic route along the Schuylkill River Trail past Boathouse Row and the Fairmount Water Works.
