Four Seasons Hotel Prague launches the new summer menu at CottoCrudo, the Hotel's renowned fine dining restaurant. Guests are invited to indulge in a refreshing selection of mouthwatering dishes while taking in the breath-taking views of Prague Castle and Vltava River from the tranquil outdoor terrace.

Signature dishes such as the Homemade Potato Tortelli, Octopus Terrine, Scallops in the Shell or King Crab Aglio Olio reflect elevated Italian cuisine, making the new summer menu a culinary affair that is sure to be remembered.

Pastry Chef Gianmarco Carandino has prepared an array of delightful treats, from the classics Panna Cotta and Tiramisu to artful creations including "Kiss from Gianmarco," which is already receiving rave reviews from guests.

To elevate the visit to CottoCrudo, the new Bar cocktail menu blends the finest Czech ingredients with Italian charm, and a healthy dose of vermouth. Guests can sip on refreshing Ruby Cardinale, which is a sweeter twist on Negroni, indulge in citrusy Mezcalada or delight the senses with Mamma Mia Punch, the bar’s sweet and spicy signature drink.
