Four Seasons Hotel Prague unveils its new Sunday brunch experience at CottoCrudo restaurant and terrace, launching on Sunday, May 11, 2025, in celebration of Mother’s Day. Set against the stunning backdrop of Prague Castle and the Vltava River, this weekly brunch invites guests to indulge in a leisurely afternoon of gourmet cuisine, elegant surroundings, and warm hospitality.

The curated brunch experience blends the rich flavours of Mediterranean cuisine with the relaxed charm of Sunday dining. Guests can look forward to a lavish spread featuring a seasonal buffet and freshly prepared à la carte options, all served from 12:30 to 3:30 pm every Sunday.

Highlights of the brunch menu include:

  • Fresh seafood including oysters and carpaccio
  • Seasonal salads, housemade pasta, and classic brunch staples such as eggs Benedict
  • A fine selection of cheeses and charcuterie

  • Standard Brunch at CZK 1,700 per person, including unlimited food, non-alcoholic beverages, juices, coffee, tea, and water
  • Premium Brunch at CAK 2,500 per person, including unlimited Chateau Minuty Rosé and selected house wines
