Seasonal rooftop restaurant MIRU returns with a Japanese dining experience overlooking the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle

Four Seasons Hotel Prague invites guests to embark on a Japanese gourmet journey on one of the best terraces in the city. With a completely new menu and breath-taking panoramic views, unrivalled by any other restaurant in the city, MIRU promises a truly indulgent culinary experience.

New Japanese Chef Toshikazu Kato and Executive Sous Chef Nicholas Trosien created a nine-course degustation menu rooted in the Nikkei concept. Combining their extensive international experiences, the talented chef duo crafted a sophisticated menu.

“MIRU is all about flavour and product. The dishes marry Japanese techniques with a touch of Peruvian ingredients. Combining our travel and culinary experiences with current trends, Nicholas and I focused on creating a gourmet experience that is unique in both its use of rare and authentic ingredients as well as its location.” says Chef Toshikazu Kato.

Guests can enhance their dinner with boutique wines and three original cocktails, or with creative, non-alcoholic drinks. Blending traditional Japanese ingredients with modern mixology, the beverage pairing elevates the tasting menu even further.

Dine under the sky with welcome drinks served against the backdrop of the sun setting over the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. With only four tables available at the terrace fashioned in the style of a Japanese garden, diners can savour the one-of-a-kind degustation menu and stunning views in a calming and intimate oasis, making it a truly special experience.

MIRU opens May 25, 2023. Degustation dinner starts at 6:00 pm and is served from Tuesday to Saturday. Limited tables are available; reservation via telephone at + 420 221 426 880 is required.

Price of the degustation menu is CZK 5500; wine and cocktail pairing CZK 2000.
