These lists showcase a diverse selection of respected wineries, with wines that complement the menu's themes in terms of price point and character.

Helmut Roessler, Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Prague, states, “We are profoundly honoured to be recognized by the renowned Wine Spectator for the excellence of our wine list. As the only restaurant in the Czech Republic to receive this award, we owe this achievement to the hard work and dedication of our talented team.”

CottoCrudo, renowned for its exquisite Italian cuisine crafted with premium locally sourced seasonal ingredients, boasts a diverse wine cellar. It includes meticulously selected wines from Italy, France, Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic. The restaurant’s sommeliers are committed to deepening their knowledge through direct engagement with wine producers and regular visits to vineyards, which enhances their understanding and ability to recommend the perfect wine pairing for our guests.
