Highlights include Linguine with Lobster from Agadir, Atlas Trout sautéed with lemon and capers, or an Acquerello Risotto with asparagus, peas and black olives. The 100% Italian Tiramisu, a tribute to the Chef’s culinary heritage, subtly concludes the meal on a sweet and generous note.

Designed as a living space open to all, the hotel also offers a special summer offer for families, inviting parents and children to enjoy a unique relaxing experience. Guests can stay in one of the historic buildings on the property, a carefully restored former military hospital that blends architectural heritage and contemporary comfort.
