This festive season, travel to the North Pole – with a Southwest twist – at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. Thanksgiving

Talavera will offer a Thanksgiving brunch buffet on Thursday, November 23, 2023 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, featuring a celebratory feast. Highlights include a decadent seafood station, carving station, turkey will all the trimmings, churros made to order, a selection of festive desserts and a children’s buffet station. The cost for adults is USD 165 per person, and children ages 5 to 12 are USD 58; prices are exclusive of tax and service charge.

Head to Talavera Thanksgiving evening for a series of holiday-themed specials. Choices include baby kale and brussels sprouts salad, natural turkey roulade with pistachio and kale stuffing, and caramelized pear and cinnamon tarte tatin with almond truffle ice cream for a sweet finale.

Proof will offer dinner specials from Thursday, November 23, until Sunday, November 26, 2023. Options include roasted butternut squash and chipotle soup, turkey empanadas and smoked prime rib of beef. For dessert, enjoy a seasonal cheesecake trio including pumpkin, cranberry and classic homemade.

Breakfast with Santa

Create a new holiday tradition with Breakfast with Santa, offered on four consecutive Saturdays: December 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2023. Enjoy an array of breakfast favourites with a celebratory buffet and appearance by Santa himself. There will be two seatings each Saturday, at 8:30 and 10:30 am. Festive Offerings at The Spa

Capture the North Pole magic with the Cryotherapy Energizing Facial, using cooled, purified air for a revitalizing, energizing effect. This treatment increases microcirculation in the skin to reduce puffiness, detoxify and brighten, perfect for getting party-ready this season. Welcome Winter Solstice at The Spa

Welcome Winter Solstice and commemorate the longest night of the year with meditation, sound healing and intention setting at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North on Thursday, December 21, 2023. The evening begins at 5:00 pm with guided meditation and sound healing. Following the class, guests are invited to set their intentions and release any negativity or energy that no longer serves. Complimentary wassail, a hot mulled cider drink perfect for toasting holiday cheer, will be served. Seasonal Programming

A weekly calendar of programming includes festive treats on the front drive, bourbon and chocolate pairings in Proof, live music, mulled wine demonstrations, and dessert wine and holiday cookies throughout the season. Guests also will enjoy a variety of wellness and fitness programming including yoga, guided hikes to Pinnacle Peak Park and weekly pickleball clinics.

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

On December 24 and December 25, 2023, Talavera will feature festive dinner specials to help guests and local visitors get in the spirit. Choices include chilled Garrotza cheese tart bacalao and king crab cake, and herb-dusted New Zealand lamb rack. The showstopper “Wonderland at the Desert,” presented by Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos, features texturas de chocolate, cake, mousse, meringue and cranberries. A condensed a la carte also menu will be available.

On Christmas Day, indulge in a festive Christmas brunch in Talavera, offered from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
