Onyx Bar & Lounge Pop-Up

At the heart of the campaign lies the Heart of the Desert Pop-Up at Onyx Bar & Lounge, an immersive experience blending desert-inspired design, artisanal cocktails, and exclusive events in collaboration with The Lost Explorer. From March 7 through May 31, 2025, Onyx Bar & Lounge Patio will transform into a serene desert retreat, offering a range of engaging activities and special offerings.

The pop-up will feature captivating décor inspired by the desert’s natural splendour. Think vibrant cacti, earthy tones, soft ambient lighting, and cozy lounge areas perfect for relaxation and socializing. It’s an invitation to bask in the tranquil charm of the Sonoran Desert while savouring its flavours and culture.

Echoes of the Desert Opening Dinner – March 8, 2025 at 7:00 pm

• Kick off the pop-up with an unforgettable five-course dinner designed by Executive Chef Andrew Whiteside. This thought-provoking menu explores the theme of food scarcity, using ingredients that may vanish due to climate change. Each course will be paired with signature cocktails featuring The Lost Explorer spirits. Live entertainment and breathtaking desert views will make this evening truly extraordinary. • Desert-Inspired Cocktails: Savour four specialty cocktails inspired by the complexity and beauty of desert flavours and handcrafted by mixologist Johnathan Jones from the popular Bandista Bar at Four Seasons Houston.
• Signature Menu: Chef Emmanuel Urban presents a curated menu of dishes inspired by the Sonoran Desert. These offerings celebrate the rich flavours and ingredients, including bold Latin American influences and fresh, locally sourced produce.
• Agave Ritual Tastings: Join The Lost Explorer’s global brand ambassador for an immersive tasting experience paired with curated bites. • Floating Sound Bath: Experience a one-of-a-kind wellness journey that blends the tranquillity of water with the healing power of sound.
