Four Seasons Hotel Seattle Welcomes the Return of James Beard Foundation Taste America Culinary Series

Celebrating culinary excellence with Executive Chef Andrea Ferrandi and Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, alongside acclaimed national and local chefs

The James Beard Foundation, the organization behind the James Beard Awards, the nation’s most prestigious culinary recognition, has announced the return of its Taste America culinary series to Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. The walk-around tasting will take place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 5:30 pm in the Hotel’s Ballroom. Tickets are now available at here.

Presented by Capital One, this year’s event promises an extraordinary evening celebrating the artistry, innovation, and dedication of culinary leaders. Guests will experience the exceptional creations of James Beard Foundation curated talent, including members of the TasteTwenty class, as well as distinguished chefs from the Seattle region.

Representing Four Seasons Hotel Seattle and Goldfinch Tavern, Chefs Andrea Ferrandi and Danielle Grogan will serve two separate fall-inspired dishes that reflect Chef Andrea’s Italian roots and Chef Danielle’s love for decadent desserts.

Headlining the celebration will be TasteTwenty chef Elmer Dulla of familyfriend, selected as part of the James Beard Foundation's <2025-2026 TasteTwenty class, an annual class of the country's most promising "ones to watch" recognized for outstanding culinary talent and leadership in the industry.

Guests will enjoy more than 35 tasting stations, showcasing an array of inventive dishes inspired both by the Pacific Northwest and international culinary traditions. The event will also feature expertly paired beverages, highlighting the best of Washington wines, regional craft spirits, and dynamic cocktails.
