Anita Cancelliere joins Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh as Commercial Director, bringing close to a decade of senior management experience with a sharp focus on luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality across the Mediterranean. Known for delivering measurable revenue growth, building high-performing teams, and cultivating strategic partnerships with global luxury brands, she brings a commercially driven perspective rooted in an instinctive understanding of the high-end guest.

Anita's career in luxury hospitality was forged at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni on Lake Como, recognised as the #1 luxury resort in Italy by Travel + Leisure's World's Best Awards and a perennial Condé Nast Traveller favourite. During nearly six years as director of sales, marketing and PR, the hotel attracted international media productions and fashion campaigns for brands, and she secured landmark corporate event partnerships, as well.
Prior to joining Four Seasons, Anita also served as area director of sales for Corinthia Hotels in Malta, overseeing a cluster of five properties and managing a team spanning leisure, MICE, and corporate segments. She has also held senior commercial roles with Hilton for Luxury and Kempinski.
Originally from Italy, Anita developed her professional foundation in communications and digital marketing before transitioning into hospitality — a background that gives her a distinctive perspective on brand storytelling, guest engagement, and the evolving role of technology in luxury travel. She believes that a strong commercial culture is built on clarity of purpose, rigorous use of data, and empowering each team member to take ownership of their contribution to the property's success.
At Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, Anita oversees the property's commercial strategy, leading a high-performing team including Sales, Events, Public Relations, Revenue Management and Reservations.
She is focused on deepening the resort's presence in key source markets, strengthening relationships with luxury travel partners and consortia, and maximising total revenue.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting antique libraries and bookshops. She is also deeply passionate about cinema, filmmaking in general, and other visual forms of storytelling.
