Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen Unveils Expanded Matsuyi Brunch

Whether feasting with friends or elevating a business meeting, guests can now enjoy the moreish spoils of a Matsuyi brunch every day of the week at Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen. The newly expanded brunch menu showcases its widest-ever variety of dishes and cooking styles, including a vast array of seafood choices and succulent wagyu beef offerings - and it's now available daily from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

The Matsuyi brunch showcases the refined simplicity and creative innovation at the heart of Japanese culture. Teppanyaki is the main focus, with highlights including Seafood Teppanyaki Platter with Alaskan King Crab Legs, Lobster, and Scallops; plus Teppanyaki Live Abalone.

Next comes steaming servings of tempura, rice and noodle dishes; the freshest sashimi, nigiri sushi, and maki rolls; and a wide range of soups and salads. But there's no doubting the undisputed star of the show: The melt-in-the-mouth “King of Beef,” one of the world's most celebrated culinary delicacies.

Prime wagyu cuts from specialist global suppliers feature in selections such as Wagyu Beef Tataki; Grilled Wagyu Beef with Matsutake Mushrooms; and Wagyu Beef Fried Rice with Black Truffle. While included in the weekend menu, the wagyu dishes are available during the weekday brunch for an additional CNY 88 per person.
