Christmas Eve Dinner – Celebrate Christmas Eve at Cinder House among the twinkling lights and breath-taking views of the Gateway Arch. In addition to the signature wood-fired a la carte menu, a sumptuous smoked Prime Rib special is also available for USD 68 and is served with special seasonal sides. On December 24, 2023, dinner will be served from 5:00 to 9:30 pm and reservations can be made on Open Table.

Christmas Day Brunch – A festive brunch in Cinder House on Christmas Day, December 25, 2023, offers a lavish buffet with carving stations, a chef preparing omelets made-to-order, and a waffle bar with all the fixings. Guests can choose from classic breakfast favourites, charcuterie and cheese, a selection of fresh house-made bread and pastries along with holiday desserts. Holiday cheer will be had at the Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar station, offering a choice of juices and garnishes to create the perfect personalized cocktail. Everyone will make heartfelt memories with a special kid-friendly buffet and holiday activities to keep young guests entertained expressing their creativity. Brunch will be served from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and costs USD 105 per person, USD 40 for children 8 and younger, while children under 2 are free. New Year’s Eve Fête – New Year’s Eve in Cinder House will be a lavish celebration with a stylish ambience with an indulgent menu and breath-taking views of the iconic Gateway Arch. On offer will be a luxurious three-course menu featuring options such as lobster, duck and filet mignon. The per person cost is USD 200. An opulent caviar service for two, USD 150, will also be available to elevate the celebration to an extraordinary level. A pairing of exceptional Champagne, sparkling and still wines chosen by the award-winning sommelier team is available to complete the culinary experience. New Year’s Day Brunch – On New Year’s Day, the celebration in Cinder House continues with a sumptuous brunch spread that includes a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar where a mixologist can create a personally tailored cocktail. Guests can graze at stations serving freshly carved ham, brisket and fish; order a custom omelet; or, dress their hot waffles from a choice of toppings. The buffet also features a charcuterie and cheese display, homemade bread and rolls, and a selection of traditional breakfast dishes. Holiday Sweets – Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Tiffany Gilmore and her talented team have cultivated seasonal sweets to savour such as the show-stopping Illanka Chocolate Ornament, created with Peruvian-sourced chocolate, covered in a ruby red mirror glaze and adorned with handmade white chocolate snowflakes (USD 16). Guests can also choose the festive Cinder House Holiday Cookie plate or opt for the Mezcal Sipping Caramel with Alfajores, South American shortbread cookies.

Holiday Cocktails – Created as a way to share the holiday cheer, new for this season is Gingerbread Milk Punch (USD 30), served in a crystal decanter with two or four glasses and accompanied by two housemade gingerbread cookies.  Another new seasonal offering is the Highland Honey (USD 35), featuring Macallan 12.  More than just a cocktail, this drink is served coupled with a mini cheese board that includes English Stilton, Irish Stout Cheddar, Apricots, Cashews, Crackers and Lavender.  Available at Cinder House.

Dining in the Holiday Lodge - This year, River North Private Dining Room will be transformed into a cosy holiday lodge, a truly festive setting for dinners of up to twenty guests.  Designed with the rustic feel of a mountain retreat, décor will include a fireplace, decorated tree, tartan, lights, greenery and more.  Guests can order from the Cinder House menu or plan the ultimate epicurean experience with a custom-designed multi-course menu complete with wine pairings from the Hotel’s acclaimed cellar. The Hotel also offers a variety of other venues to celebrate the season with friends and family, from secluded private dining rooms to fireside dining in the lobby.
