Christmas Eve Dinner – Celebrate Christmas Eve at Cinder House among the twinkling lights and breath-taking views of the Gateway Arch. In addition to the signature wood-fired a la carte menu, a sumptuous smoked Prime Rib special is also available for USD 68 and is served with special seasonal sides. Christmas Day Brunch – A festive brunch in Cinder House on Christmas Day, December 25, 2023, offers a lavish buffet with carving stations, a chef preparing omelets made-to-order, and a waffle bar with all the fixings. New Year’s Eve Fête – New Year’s Eve in Cinder House will be a lavish celebration with a stylish ambience with an indulgent menu and breath-taking views of the iconic Gateway Arch. On offer will be a luxurious three-course menu featuring options such as lobster, duck and filet mignon. The per person cost is USD 200. An opulent caviar service for two, USD 150, will also be available to elevate the celebration to an extraordinary level. A pairing of exceptional Champagne, sparkling and still wines chosen by the award-winning sommelier team is available to complete the culinary experience. Holiday Cocktails – Created as a way to share the holiday cheer, new for this season is Gingerbread Milk Punch (USD 30), served in a crystal decanter with two or four glasses and accompanied by two housemade gingerbread cookies. Another new seasonal offering is the Highland Honey (USD 35), featuring Macallan 12.
