Consistently named as one of the most popular cocktails, the Espresso Martini has ridden the wave from a 1990s trend to now ranking among the enduring classics.  Since it has been such a frequent off-menu special request, the professional bar team at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis decided it was time to officially add it to the menu. But, since the passionate team of mixologists each had their own delicious take on the cocktail, they could not select just one version.  So, guests can now choose from four different styles of the cocktail, each featuring on a different spirit and flavour profile, on the new Espresso Martini menu.

Here is the menu along with credit to the individual bartenders who crafted each cocktail.
