This Easter Sunday, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests to gather with friends and family for a joyful celebration featuring two exceptional brunch offerings. Whether indulging in a lavish buffet in the Grand Ballroom or savouring a curated à la carte menu at Ramsay’s Kitchen, guests can expect a memorable experience filled with elevated flavours and festive touches.

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, the Hotel’s elegant Grand Ballroom will be transformed into an Easter wonderland for a sumptuous buffet-style brunch. Culinary highlights include an Omelette Station, Prime Rib Carving Station, a beautifully displayed Seafood Tower, house-made Cioppino, decadent French Toast, a colourful array of Fresh Fruits and Salads, and an opulent dessert bar featuring Cakes, Panna Cottas, Tarts, Cookies, and seasonal sweets. A Coffee Barista Station and Juice Bar will also be available.

Little ones will delight in a dedicated kids’ buffet filled with their favourite foods, along with festive games and a special visit from the Easter Bunny to keep them entertained throughout the morning.

“We designed this year’s Easter brunch to feel both indulgent and joyful - something for every guest to discover and enjoy,” says Executive Chef Kelley Schmidt. “From made-to-order omelettes and spring seafood to showstopping desserts, the buffet celebrates the vibrant flavours and traditions of the season.”

Pricing for Easter Brunch in the Grand Ballroom is USD 110 per adult and USD 55 for children eight and under, with children under two dining free. Guests may enhance their experience with bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys for an additional USD 30. Sales tax and a 20 percent service charge will be applied to all checks.
