Chelsea Pounds brings more than 15 years of food and beverage experience to her position as Beverage Supervisor.  Prior to joining the hotel a few years ago, she was with 54th Street Grill restaurant for ten years, where she began as a host and gradually climbed to restaurant manager.  She also spent time at Ballpark Village, the city’s popular baseball stadium and home to the much beloved Cardinals. “Our city has amazing sports teams and even more amazing diehard fans. Go Card! Go Blues!”

Born and raised in St. Louis, Chelsea know the city’s vibrant food and cocktail scene extremely well.  “St. Louis is a real up-and-coming hub for the industry. There are so many wonderful establishments elevating their beverage and culinary experiences.”

Outside of work, Chelsea is dedicated to her family. She and her wife have a young daughter who keeps their life happy and exciting.  “My family is what inspires me and keeps me going every day. Because of them, my primary focus is doing my best and becoming better in each area of my life.”
