In collaboration with Perrier, the iconic Champagne Bar will showcase its exceptional talent through guest bartending shifts at six renowned bars across Asia and Europe

Champagne Bar at The Surf Club, also home of Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club, introduces Champagne Bar on Tour. This six-part series will feature the talents of Bar Director Jonathan Gabbay and Head of Mixology Leo Varona as they embark on a global journey, showcasing their skills at distinguished bar locales across Asia and Europe. From Singapore to Paris, the duo will infuse their unique flair into each destination, bringing the essence of Champagne Bar beyond this iconic Four Seasons and into some of the world's most celebrated establishments.

Within the storied walls of The Surf Club, Champagne Bar mirrors the soulful charm and timeless glamour of this legendary social club, a favourite destination for luminaries since its golden early years. The palm-fringed ambiance is brought to life by contemporary and imaginative cocktails, alongside Miami’s most extensive champagne selection, presented by an entertaining team of experts.
