Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club, in collaboration with GR8 Experience, announces Once Upon a Kitchen at The Surf Club on May 2, 2025, during Miami’s prestigious race weekend. This extraordinary dining event brings together culinary legends headlined by Massimo Bottura, the mastermind behind Osteria Francescana (named The World’s Best Restaurant in 2016 and 2018), and Virgilio Martínez, the visionary chef of Central (named The World’s Best Restaurant in 2023). Bottura, known for his artistic reinterpretation of Italian cuisine, and Martínez, celebrated for his groundbreaking exploration of Peruvian biodiversity, will lead an unforgettable evening that merges their creative genius alongside Marco Calenzo, the acclaimed Florentine chef of Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club (honoured as Gambero Rosso's Best Chef of the Year 2023). Bottura, who recently opened his latest restaurant, Torno Subito in Miami, will also be joined by his talented chef Bernardo Paladini and his team.

Once Upon a Kitchen promises not only exceptional food but an opportunity to experience culinary artistry at its finest - an event where innovation and tradition converge, and where every dish tells a story. The evening will begin with cocktails in the palm-fringed Champagne Bar, setting the tone for a glamorous and convivial night together. Guests will then enjoy a meticulously crafted multi-course dinner within The Surf Club’s storied original ballroom, this year’s stunning location. Throughout the evening, guests will have the unique opportunity to engage with these illustrious chefs, discovering the inspiration behind each dish while hearing more of their momentous journeys and culinary philosophies, making for a truly memorable night that combines passion, creativity and world-class gastronomy.

The event will be held on May 2, 2025, beginning with a cocktail hour at 7:00 pm, followed by a six-course dinner at 8:00 pm. With limited availability, tickets are priced at USD 2,500 per person and can be reserved by contacting experience@gr8-group.com.
