San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel Introduces The White Lotus Bar, Inspired by the Emmy® Award-Winning Series

In celebration of The White Lotus Season Three, San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel, unveils The White Lotus Bar — a sophisticated tribute to the series, available on Sky and NOW, which showcased the hotel in its unforgettable second season.

The White Lotus Bar, situated at the hotel’s main Bar & Chiostro will be available from March 14 until April 28, 2025.  Fans of the series will recognize the location, which set the stage for many iconic scenes throughout the second season.

The cocktail menu pays homage to the series’ iconic locations:  The Pineapple Suite (Maui), a tequila-based cocktail with Don Julio Blanco, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Coco Lopez, Turbinado and Ube; The Lotus (Taormina), featuring Tanqueray Gin, Peach Liquor and Jasmine-Infused White Wine; and Coconut Paradise (Koh Samui) with Ketel One Vodka, Pandan Lemongrass Cordial, Citric Acid Blend, and Coconut Flakes.  Season Two fans may also recognize a familiar face, that of San Domenico Palace’s Bar Manager Juri Romano, who made a few brief appearances in the show, and who conceived the recipe for Taormina’s The Lotus.

The signature cocktails will be accompanied by a selection of savoury and sweet tapas created by Executive Chef Massimo Mantarro. Evening entertainment will include a live piano bar with a set-list of Italian classics and a tarot card reader offering divination sessions in keeping with a long Sicilian tradition.
