The awards ceremony, held in Hong Kong, was attended by Executive Chef Daniel Calvert and Executive Sous Chef Ashley Caley, representing the restaurant on this special occasion. This latest recognition highlights SÉZANNE’s sustained excellence and influence on Asia’s fine dining landscape.
