Angelica Sanz Rincón was born and raised in Mexico City to parents originating from Seville, Spain, to who she attributes her love of music, food and culture. Her colourful upbringing has guided her throughout various roles and helped to inspire her leadership style. As a graduate of ESDAI Pan-American University in Mexico City with a degree in Business Administration, it’s here Angelica began her worldly and diverse journey within the hospitality industry.

In 2012, Angelica started her successful career within the Marriott Rooms Division as the front desk manager and was later appointed the assistant director of front office. With her progressive experience, she was allowed to move to Puerto Rico, where she provided leadership support as the director of guest relations and director of front office with The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort. Expanding her knowledge of hospitality and building upon her strong skillsets, Angelica went on to serve as the director of guest experience at The St. Regis Punta Mita before transferring to Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve property, where she became the director of rooms operations. After several other managerial and director positions, her dedication to improving guest experiences led her to take on her first assignment with Four Seasons as Director of Rooms at the brand’s global flagship, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.

“The ultimate luxury is time; it cannot be bought, and once it is spent it’s gone forever. Therefore the best way we can deliver our Four Seasons experience to our guests and our people is by giving them time, being present, and connecting with them making sure that their time is well spent with us. We have to make our valuable time count,” says Angelica.

Close to Angelica’s heart is the Humane Society, where she loves to volunteer and foster animals. Angelica is also passionate about history and archaeology and enjoys exploring and discovering places with a rich history.
