Born and raised in Germany to German and Italian parents, Dario Mazzoli grew up in the world of hospitality with a family that owned and operated French restaurants. He brings an impressive global experience in culinary management to the team, having worked with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry.
In his role as Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, Dario oversees the operations across all restaurant outlets, providing his food and beverage expertise and leadership support to the Four Seasons global flagship property.
Dario joins the Toronto team from Annabel’s, London’s iconic members’ club known for its exceptional dining and vibrant nightlife. As assistant club director, he oversaw operations across four restaurants, nine bars, two private dining rooms, a nightclub, and a humidor, managing a team of 335 front and back of house staff. He earned this role after a successful tenure as operations manager since 2022.
Prior to Annabel’s, Dario built a strong foundation at the five-star W Hotel London, where he progressed rapidly from food and beverage supervisor in 2015 to director of food and beverage by 2020. In these roles, he honed his skills in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing dynamic teams and driving operational excellence.
Earlier in his career, Dario worked with Style, Inc. UK, a luxury events and banqueting company serving high-profile clients in fashion and media, where he developed a deep understanding of delivering bespoke, high-touch hospitality services.
With extensive experience across global markets including the United Kingdom and Germany, Dario embraces diverse cultural influences that shape his leadership style and inspire innovation in hospitality.
When he’s not working, Dario is an avid traveller and foodie, having explored 54 countries and counting. He loves discovering new cultures, art and coffee — passions he’s eager to bring to Toronto’s vibrant hospitality scene.
Dedicated to professional growth, Dario recently completed a 2.5-year MBA in Hospitality at EHL Hospitality Business School. He studied Food and Beverage Management at The Hague Hotel School and holds a WSET Level 2 certification in Wines and Spirits. Dario also holds a Diploma in Musical Theatre from London Studio Centre. Fluent in German and English, he also speaks intermediate French.
