This summer, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler welcomes guests and locals to experience a taste of Mediterranean soul in the heart of the mountains with the launch of Riviera and Rosé Thursdays. Taking place every Thursday evening from June 26 to September 4, 2025, this new al fresco dining experience transforms the Resort’s courtyard into a breezy, sun-kissed oasis inspired by the timeless spirit of the Riviera.

Surrounded by the beauty of Whistler’s soaring peaks, Braidwood Tavern’s patio is set to become a dreamy Mediterranean escape, where alpine charm meets coastal flair. Pergolas laced with delicate greenery, fragrant olive trees, and classic blue-and-white accents evoke the magic of southern Europe’s breathtaking coastlines. With live music drifting through the evening air, guests are invited to unwind and connect in the glow of golden hour.

As the sun dips behind the mountains, the evening begins with a colourful Rosé Series, featuring Italian, French, and local wines selected for their brightness and balance. Each sip sets the tone for a night of sun-soaked ease and indulgence.

In classic Mediterranean fashion, the menu presents a wide selection of dishes that celebrate the richness of land and sea. Mezze platters, artisan cheeses, and charcuterie lead into vibrant mains such as garlic shrimp brioche, seafood cioppino, lamb pide, and ricotta-stuffed lumache. At the heart of the experience, a live cooking station serves whole seabass, carved lamb, and Greek-style gyro.  With each plate, the flavours of the Riviera come to life, inviting guests to savour a culinary journey through a seaside escape.

As rosé is poured and shared plates make their way around the table, the courtyard comes to life with warmth and ease. Riviera and Rosé Thursdays invites guests to drift into the rhythm of summer, sip beneath the stars, and savour the vibrant taste of the Mediterranean—no passport required.
