March 1, 2024,
Seattle, U.S.A.

Spring leaps into action at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle with the introduction of a lavish Easter buffet in the Ballroom on March 31, 2024. Guests also have the option to feast on a three-course brunch at Goldfinch Tavern, an Ethan Stowell Restaurant. Experience thoughtful service while dining on exceptional dishes made with the highest quality ingredients.

Easter Buffet in the Ballroom

New to the seasonal offerings in the Ballroom, the Easter buffet welcomes large families and groups of friends in the expansive space that features floor-to-ceiling windows and elevated views of the Seattle Great Wheel and local ferries gliding across Elliott Bay.

An abundant appetizer station will be filled with a Northwest seafood tower, Olympia Provisions charcuterie board, a variety of vibrant salads, Viennoiserie pastries, and more. Chef-driven stations include savoury items such as grilled tomahawk and customized eggs-on-toast bar. Cheers to the festivities with a Mimosa bar and other libations. Always a sweet treat, each of the desserts are house-made by Chef Danielle Grogan and the pastry team. The youngest guests will be treated to a visit by the Easter Bunny.

Crafted by Executive Chef Brian Doherty and his team, the buffet on the second floor is available 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. Reservations are required by booking online or calling 206 749 7000.

Easter Brunch in Goldfinch Tavern

Chef Jeffrey Hunter presents a three-course Easter brunch that brings the flavours of spring to life.

The experience begins with a warm pastry basket, before deciding between a selection of starters, from Prosciutto di Parma bruschetta to local oysters. Entrée selections include a variety of savoury eggs Benedicts and Goldfinch Tavern favourites such as the Dungeness crab cakes and the chocolate croissant French toast. Be enchanted by Chef Danielle Grogan’s spring dessert trio. Easter brunch in Seattle is not complete without a visit from the Easter Bunny and other special treats for young guests.

Perfect for intimate groups and families, the menu is available 9:00 am to 2:30 pm. Children are welcome to dine on the Easter menu or order a la carte from the kids menu. Reservations are required by booking online.
