At Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. In the pastry kitchen, Executive Pastry Chef Rasika Weerasinghe and his team are crafting exquisite holiday confections. Across the hotel's six dining venues, Executive Chef Christian Buenrostro has orchestrated festive menus featuring traditional holiday flavours. Together, they are setting the stage for One Joy, the month-long celebration at Al Maryah Island that brings the festive season to life through cuisine, atmosphere, and connection.

Set on Al Maryah Island, the hotel places guests minutes from The Galleria's luxury boutiques and Abu Dhabi's family-friendly attractions yet the Hotel has an atmosphere all its own. On Christmas Eve, Chef Marshall Röth and his team present a curated menu of steakhouse classics, featuring showstopping beef Wellington and the restaurant's signature pecan pie, served in an atmosphere of vintage sophistication and timeless elegance. Cafe Milano honours Italian tradition with Chef Delfino Chiarello's Feast of Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, featuring Hokkaido scallops with Osetra caviar and pan-roasted monkfish with fava bean purée.
