The specialty menu offers a slow roasted maple, cider and sage brined turkey with orange hibiscus cranberry sauce and bread stuffing, and is served with brown sugar glazed sweet potatoes, creamed corn casserole, creamy whipped potato and more, in addition to a pumpkin pie and pecan tart for dessert.

Starting on December 1, 2024, traditional festive pastries such as Christmas Fruit Cake, Specialty Festive Log Cakes and  Christmas cookies are available at an additional cost to complete a Christmas meal.
