Four Seasons Resort and Residences Anguilla announces an array of summer programming experiences, designed to engage guests of all ages. From sports camps and cooking classes to beachside barbecues and Carnival celebrations, the Resort’s curated roster offers something for everyone at its stunning Caribbean retreat:

• Enjoy Fireworks and Flavour at Bamboo Bar & Grill’s Fourth of July BBQ | July 4, 2023 at 6:30 pm: A highlight of the summer season will be the Fourth of July BBQ at Bamboo Bar & Grill. Guests will be treated to fresh Caribbean BBQ by local Anguillan grill talent. As the sun sets over the idyllic Meads Bay, a dazzling firework display will light up the night sky, followed by a delicious s’mores dessert to round off the evening. Award-winning mixology maestro Valentino Longo will also be returning to Sunset Lounge to offer his Independence Day infused cocktail collection.
• Score Big this Summer with the Resort’s Inter Academy Soccer Camp | July 17–21 and July 24–28, 2023 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon: For sports-loving children ages 6 to 17, the Inter Academy Camp will take place at the Soccer Field on island for a two week period. All camp participants will receive expert coaching from official Inter Academy coaches, learning technical and tactical skills, and will even test out their newly acquired abilities in a friendly match. • Celebrate Carnival with the Return of Chef Kerth Gumbs at SALT | August 7-13, 2023. Critically acclaimed and locally beloved, Chef Kerth Gumbs is renowned for his innovative flavour combinations and exquisite aromas. Foodies will relish the opportunity to experience the exceptional cuisine of Chef Gumbs during his seven-night residency at SALT, overlapping with the island's Annual Carnival.

The Resort will also offer a selection of evergreen experiences that will take place throughout the summer season. For a more laid-back culinary experience, guests can head to the Barefoot BBQ at Meads Bay Beach every Monday at 6:30 pm to enjoy a delicious barbeque feast. Or, guests can indulge their passion for mixology with the Sip & Learn at Sunset Lounge, taking place every Friday at 3:30 pm. This intimate and educational experience will allow guests to sample and learn about the history and production methods behind each cocktail, as well as the best ways to pair them with food.

For those interested in learning new culinary skills, the Ceviche Making Class at SALT will take place every Wednesday at 3:30 pm. This interactive class will teach guests the art of preparing the perfect ceviche, using only the freshest local ingredients. Led by Four Seasons Executive Chef Manu Calderon, guests will be guided through the preparation process, from choosing the right fish to mastering the perfect balance of flavours.
