Kollázs Brasserie & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest has been honoured with the 2026 Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence, marking the fourth consecutive year the restaurant has been recognized by the prestigious program - this year at an elevated level.
Having received the Award of Excellence since 2023, Kollázs now joins the distinguished ranks of venues awarded the Best of Award of Excellence (2 Glasses), recognizing a deeper, more extensive and thoughtfully curated wine program.
This internationally acclaimed distinction celebrates restaurants whose wine lists display exceptional breadth across multiple wine regions, significant vintage depth, and superior presentation, offering guests both diversity and excellence while complementing the culinary experience.

Launched in 1981, Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Awards remain the only global program dedicated exclusively to restaurant wine service. The Best of Award of Excellence is granted to restaurants with wine lists that demonstrate not only quality and thematic cohesion, but also greater depth, diversity, and a strong commitment to wine as a central element of the dining experience.
