The Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), located near the Pyramids of Giza, is set to be the world’s largest archaeological museum, showcasing Egypt’s rich cultural history and its treasures, including the full collection of King Tutankhamun's artifacts.
“We are honoured to be part of such a historic event at the Grand Egyptian Museum,” says Charles Fisher, the Hotel’s General Manager. “Our culinary and catering team are beyond dedicated to delivering an unparalleled dining experience with a stellar personalized service that will match the grandeur and significance of this momentous occasion, allowing our guests to savour world-cuisine while immersed in the timeless beauty of Egypt’s rich heritage.”

Following the lecture, guests will be treated to an exquisite set-menu dinner, meticulously curated and catered by the Hotel and led by the Hotel’s Executive Chef Robert Prendergast.
“Crafting a menu for such a historic and iconic venue inspires me to blend tradition with innovation, where each dish tells a story of its own. Each of the four exclusive dinners will offer a unique fusion of local and international flavours, designed to complement the awe-inspiring ambiance of the Grand Hall.” says Executive Chef Robert Prendergast.
