KOLLÁZS Brasserie & Bar, at Four Seasons Hotel Gresham Palace Budapest, announces the launch of Taste of France, a monthly two-week dining experience celebrating the diversity, elegance, and regional heritage of French gastronomy. The event is available during the last two weeks of each month, with exact dates varying monthly, and is served for both lunch and dinner. Throughout the series, guests are invited to explore France’s culinary landscape through refined regional menus, curated wines, and the timeless spirit of brasserie dining.

Each edition of Taste of France highlights a distinct French region - from the sun-drenched flavours of Provence and the coastal richness of Brittany to the robust culinary traditions of Burgundy and Alsace. The rotating menus are crafted by Executive Chef Árpád Győrffy, who brings each region’s gastronomic identity to life through elevated interpretations of classic dishes, rooted in French tradition yet expressed with contemporary finesse.
