Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane Celebrates Pavyllon London Retaining Michelin Star for 2025

Pavyllon London, the debut London restaurant from two-time 3 Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, has retained its Michelin star in the 2025 Great Britain & Ireland Guide, originally receiving the star in 2024 just six months after opening. Yesterday’s ceremony was held at Kelvingrove Art Gallery & Museum in Glasgow.
Chef Yannick Alléno comments: “This recognition is a tribute to the unwavering dedication, creativity, and passion of our talented team, led by Chef Benjamin. Pavyllon London is an embodiment of my lifelong dream to redefine French fine dining, offering a more interactive and relaxed dining experience, with an emphasis on the communal joy of the counter and exceptional food.”
Michelin commends the restaurant’s “luxurious counter” and “focus on comfort” with “food underscored by classic French recipes” plus influences “from Italy to North Africa to Japan.”
In celebration of retaining the star, the restaurant is offering a complimentary glass of champagne to every guest dining from any of its set menus until Thursday, February 13, 2025, including Lunch in 55’ (four courses for GBP 55.50) and the Immersive Mayfair Menu (GBP 85 for four courses, GBP 110 for six).
As one of the world’s most innovative and decorated Michelin-starred chefs on the international culinary scene, Chef Yannick Alléno holds 15 Michelin stars across his 19 international restaurants. He is famed for modernising the foundations of French cuisine and Pavyllon London is a British expression of modern French dining.
The Pavyllon London team comprises of world-class culinary professionals, led by Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell, Executive Chef Paul Soczowka, Head Sommelier Andrea Strocchio, Executive Pastry Chef Francesco Mannino and Restaurant Manager Romain Mervelay. Each team member brings a wealth of expertise, innovation, and a shared passion for their craft.
