On Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, guests are invited to start their experience with a complimentary Allénotic cocktail at Bar Antoine - adjacent to the restaurant - before sitting down to dinner. Allénotics are an inventive reimagining of the classic G&T, crafted using Yannick’s signature extraction technique. Expect vibrant, clean flavours in colourful hues with flavours of beetroot, aromatic citrus, seasonal vegetables and florals, with both spirited and alcohol-free options.
After the cocktail, take a seat at Pavyllon’s iconic kitchen counter for an evening of culinary theatre. With a host of vibrant new seasonal summer dishes on the menu, choose à la carte or opt for a more curated experience with the Immersive Mayfair tasting menu offering four courses for GBP 85 or six courses for GBP 110. Delight in plates including Saint Ewe soft egg with bluefin tuna tartare; John Dory fillet gently poached in vanilla-infused butter; Cornish lamb cutlet cooked over fire; and a delicate almond blancmange with spiced cherry compote to conclude.
