Couples who wish to enjoy an intimate dinner at the Michelin-starred Capa Steakhouse will delight in a special four-course prix-fixe menu. The “Dia de San Valentin” menu showcases the Spanish influence of the acclaimed steakhouse, with highlights including an Ostras Gratinadas small plate with roasted oysters, foie gras, chorizo and watercress; Vieiras Hokkaido scallops with Jamón de Bellota, parsnip and pomegranate; and the choice of a Sea Bass entrée, Castillas de Cardero rack of lamb, or a 36 ounce dry-aged Tomahawk to share; followed by a delicious Strawberry Pavlova dessert. The special menu is available on Friday, February 14, 2025 for USD 165 per person, or USD 250 per person with wine pairings. To make the evening even more memorable, diners will enjoy dazzling views of the Disney fireworks from Capa’s two outdoor terraces, creating an amazing backdrop for an unforgettable Valentine’s Day experience.

At the Michelin-recommended Ravello, guests can savour a romantic Italian dinner with authentic recipes crafted by Executive Chef Fabrizio Schenardi including house-made pasta, pizza and limoncello. In addition, to the a la carte menu, Ravello will offer Valentine's Day specials including an oyster appetizer with a Prosecco and apple mignonette, a Gnocchi al Ragu di Vitello veal ragu dish, Astice Alla Griglia con Pesto al Limone grilled lobster with lemon pesto, a Formaggio pasta dish, and a Cuore di Fragola strawberry semifreddo dessert with Moscato hibiscus consommé and white chocolate crunch. Plancha, PB&G, and The Lobby Bar will each offer their regular menus with Valentine's Day special cocktails and menu items.

For an intimate, post-dinner cocktail, guests can sneak away to the resort’s new pop-up speakeasy, Epilogue. With a subtle library theme and a nod to Florida’s history, the chic mid-century modern space with art deco flair offers a rich, cozy ambiance to connect over custom cocktails. At Lickety Split, the lobby-level cafe, guests can indulge in specialty coffees and more, including a chocolate-covered strawberry latte and the Sweetheart’s Red Velvet Milkshake. The Blackberry Chocolate Gâteau, inspired by his recent visit to South America, features milk chocolate crémeux infused with mora fruit from the Cayambe Volcano region of Ecuador, excellently paired with a silky 75% dark chocolate mousse, crunchy hazelnuts, and a blackberry white chocolate glaze, all atop a delicate chocolate sponge cake.
