Bigger is Better This Thanksgiving: Large Families Feast Effortlessly with the Return of Thanksgiving Buffet at Four Seasons Hotel Seattle
After a three-year hiatus, Thanksgiving Buffet in the Ballroom of Four Seasons Hotel Seattle returns on November 23, 2023. The effortless feast, held from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm, is perfect for parties of five or more looking to enjoy the day and leave the cooking and preparation to Executive Chef Brian Doherty and his culinary team.
Quintessential fall fixings displayed in various buffet and carving stations are paired with breath-taking views of Elliott Bay and the Seattle Great Wheel for a festive ambiance.
In addition to a variety of salads and a cheese and charcuterie station, the bountiful appetizer spread includes a seafood display of oysters, scallops, prawns, crab legs, and more. Indulge at the carving stations with roasted tom turkey, smoked and peppered prime rib, and smoked wild king salmon.
Thanksgiving sides include bacon Brussels sprouts; cornbread stuffing; Yukon gold whipped potatoes; and roasted sweet potatoes. Pastry Chef Danielle Grogan’s dessert buffet with more than a dozen sweet treats is not to be missed, from pumpkin bread pudding and sweet potato pie to pecan praline choux and cranberry cobbler. For the youngest family members, a children’s buffet is also available.
The Ballroom completed a renovation earlier this summer. Existing ash woodwork and cool grey slate tile complement the new carpet and natural light streaming in from floor-to-ceiling windows.
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is one of the city’s best vantage points for a Pacific Northwest event, where personalized service, authentic cuisine and the city’s largest rooms hallmark each experience.
Reservations for Thanksgiving at the downtown Seattle hotel are required.
