The Resort’s talented mixologists have meticulously curated two specially crafted Aperol cocktails, each embracing the vibrant hues and flavours of the summer. As a testament to the Resort's dedication to providing the finest sweet indulgences, we have added a delightful twist to the Aperol - introducing the delicious Aperol ice cream. This innovative treat marries the soul of Aperol's signature orange flavour with the creamy decadence of ice cream. These are the perfect libations to a summer afternoon, spent with great views in greater company. The Resort’s vintage camper has returned, adding a touch of nostalgia for al fresco diners. El Patio Thursdays is proving to be the event of the summer, where the spirit of lively Spanish patios meets the mountains and forests of BC. Experience golden hour al fresco with live music featuring resident saxophonist DJ, while indulging in signature paella, tapas, and churros as one celebrates friends and family. A special El Patio menu is being served all summer, starring all-you-can-eat Racion de Paella, with three flavoursome varieties to choose from.  Children's entertainment includes art classes and a balloon twister - a good time all round.
