Four Seasons Hotel Houston will host the fifth annual Camp H-Town July 16-21, 2023.

A summer oncology sleep away camp, Camp H-Town is held at Four Seasons in collaboration with The University of Texas MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital and provides kids who have been touched by cancer and their siblings ages 9-12 with a fun and safe camp environment at no financial cost to the campers’ families.

This year’s Camp H-Town theme is “Magic of the Seas,” inspired by favourite children’s movies, and the experiences and characters within them. Campers will enjoy activities at the Hotel and at surrounding city attractions including a visit "under the sea" at the Downtown Aquarium, a day at Lakewood Yacht Club, a trip to Houston’s local "animal kingdom" at the Houston Zoo, an interactive movie night, a pool party, dance night at House of Blues, and much more.

“There’s nothing more fulfilling seeing the joy that than Camp H-Town brings to these incredible children,” says Tom Segesta, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Houston. “In providing them with a safe and fun camping environment, with the support of our staff, the H-Town community and volunteers, we proudly continue our commitment to raising awareness and support for cancer research.”

Earlier this year, Four Seasons Hotel Houston hosted the Celebrity H-Town Chefs Against Cancer event featuring creative bites from Houston’s best restaurants. The festive evening was complemented by spectacular wines, spirits, and beer, musical entertainment, and live and silent auctions, raising a record USD 198,000 for Camp H-Town.

About Camp H-Town

The mission of Camp H-Town is to bring back the joys of childhood to a unique population of children touched by cancer through an urban camp experience at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. During the camp, the Hotel will convert an entire floor into a “campground” with bunk beds and camping gear, in which the campers will stay five nights under the supervision of medical staff from MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital and local volunteers.
