Indeed, there is so much to savour across the Hotel – from vibrant Cantonese delights in the glamorous interiors of Yun House, to a poolside char siu selection that brings global flair to a long-cherished favourite.

A Season of Celebration at Yun House. Savour signature Cantonese fare by Chef Jimmy Wong at Yun House, with phoenix-inspired wall motifs evoking good fortune and prosperity. The highlight of the festive menu is an astounding array of yee sang, made with premium ingredients such as Australian abalone, salmon fish belly and marinated spicy jelly fish. Along with a la carte dishes, diners can also share family-style set menus. A special selection is available for takeaway, ideal for elevating festive gatherings at home or in the office.

For a power lunch or light bite between meetings, try Yun House’s corporate lunch box, featuring four types of steamed cakes – carrot, yam and pumpkin and nian gao (Chinese rice cake). Also available at lunchtime is a wide variety of dim sum, freshly wrapped and beautifully presented.

Eye of the Tiger Feast at Curate. Gather with family and friends for a smorgasbord of delicacies from around the world, with special honours accorded to Chinese specialties. An unbeatable offer awaits those born in the Year of the Tiger – 50 percent savings on the food bill.

Curate promises a lively celebration, with foot-tapping music and staff wearing themed attire. Inspired by the ancient recipes of China and the lively morning markets of Asia, this feast is best enjoyed with loved ones. Chef Jimmy Wong presents a delectable Oriental menu, including creations such as Hunan steamed fish with pickled chili, river tiger prawns with salted egg and bird’s eye chili, and barbecue roasted beef shank.

Special selections include delicately steamed seafood, wok-tossed dishes, lok-lok soup, dim sum, Chinese BBQ and festive sweets. Guests can even curate their own yee sang – the perfect way to bring in the New Year together. From January 31 to February 2, 2022 Curate will also feature a Chinese calligraphy station.

Tigress Afternoon Tea at The Lounge at Four Seasons. Chef Jimmy has crafted an Oriental themed Afternoon Tea, inspired by the Year of the Tiger. Explore homegrown flavours that capture the authentic spirit of celebration, with dishes such as Sichuan pepper crusted salmon gravlax and XO chicken pai tee. The dessert menu brims with fresh and festive flavours, from orange scented petite pralines to pineapple tarts.

This special repertoire of savouries and sweets is served in the elegant environs of The Lounge at Four Seasons, and complemented by a choice of tea or coffee.

The culinary team brings exquisite flavours from around the world, cooked to perfection right here under the Kuala Lumpur skies. Discover delights such as sticky char siu lamb ribs, served with pickled jalapenos and mantou buns, or grilled char siu beef kebobs, accompanied by salted black beans, Sarawak pepper and sticky rice. As Chef Junious observes, “Preparing char siu on the grill gives it the ultimate umami punch!”

Complemented by free flow chilled beer and wine, this relaxed open-air experience at the Pool Bar and Grill brings together irresistible aromas and captivating views. A signature mango jelly provides the perfect sweet ending.
