Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, the ultra-luxury beachfront property located on Baja Peninsula’s secluded East Cape, welcomes guests to connect with family and friends through an array of thoughtfully curated experiences and culinary programming that pay tribute to Mother Nature’s four elements: water, earth, air and fire. The seasonal festivities begin December 21, 2021, and run through January 1, 2022.

“The East Cape brings us gifts every day, from the warm sun to the sparkling sea,” says Borja Manchado, General Manager, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas. “This holiday season we wanted to pay homage to these daily miracles by celebrating the elements that connect us all.”

Guests will be treated to four nights of live dinner performances, each honouring one natural element through a hybrid show of acrobatics, circus, and dance. Executive Chef Fabio Quarta will be serving a four-course menu mirroring that theme at the property’s award-winning restaurant Casa de Brasa. Sample dishes include:

  • Blue Crab Bisque, Amaebi shrimp, clams, mussels, snapper, lemon oil, saffron mayo and sourdough (water)
  • Mole De Olla, braised short-rib, zucchini, organic carrot, baby corn, epazote, lemon juice and hand-made corn tortillas (earth)
  • Air Bubble, creamy cheese, flowers, seasonal herbs, truffle, mesquite honey (air)
  • Volcano Stone, espresso sponge cake, chocolate mousse, coffee jelly, dark cocoa mirror, aerated chocolate rocks and whiskey ice cream (fire)

Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos has also partnered with Tokyo-based Master Sushi Chef Yashiro Tanikawa to offer limited-seating dinners at El Puesto, and an interactive sushi class available only to hotel guests. The property will offer à la carte dining options and special seasonal dishes at all additional dining outlets including world-famous Mediterranean restaurant estiatorio Milos, Limón, Ginger’s café, 19th Hole food truck and La Combi beach VW van.

Additional activities include sunset cruises on the Sea of Cortez, seasonal spa treatments using healing oils, and intimate culinary classes showcasing premier farmers, fishermen and vintners in Mexico.

A special tree lighting ceremony with Christmas carolers, and a visit with Santa will take place on December 24 and 25, 2021.
