Channelling the dynamic energy of modern Tokyo, each restaurant or bar immerses diners in a storied ambience – from the lively streets of Rome to the fine drinking rituals of Paris and Tokyo. Savour inventive gastronomy delivered with unmatched Four Seasons flair, against a spectacular backdrop of Imperial Garden views and iconic cityscapes.

Treasures of the Terroir, at est

Join Michelin-starred Chef Guillaume Bracaval for an inaugural menu at est that promises to surprise and delight the palate. Inspired by a deep respect for the Japanese terroir, Chef Guillaume crafts contemporary French cuisine with the finest seasonal ingredients from across the country.

The first edition of est’s terroir degustation menu takes diners on an artfully-composed journey, designed around superb flavours: think umami-packed zuwaigani crab, bright citrus from Wakayama, homemade tofu cheeses and hearty Jerusalem artichokes. Elegant desserts from Pastry Chef Michele Abbatemarco offer the perfect sweet finish.

The terroir menu is available for lunch (10 courses, JPY 16,000 ++) and dinner (9 courses, JPY 22,000 ++). Add wine pairing, curated by Chief Sommelier Yuta Yoshida, for JPY 15,000 ++.

Aperitivo O’Clock, at PIGNETO

When the workday is done, mingle at the Hotel's open-air rooftop terrazza over free-flow drinks, including prosecco, fine wines and Italian cocktails at PIGNETO. Featuring panoramic sunset views, the lively terrace evokes the irresistible vibe of aperitivo hour in Rome – stylish and energetic, yet easy-breezy.

Be sure to try the PIGNETO Mary Vodka, brimming with the abundance of Italy’s favourite ingredient (tomatoes!) and a dash of clam juice. A selection of antipasti and light bites crafted by Chef Yoshihiro Kigawa is ideal for sharing.

Enjoy aperitivo hour daily, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. Free flow drinks priced at JPY 4,900 ++.

Paris Meets Tokyo, at VIRTÙ

Connect with the two avant-garde capitals of the world at VIRTÙ, where Head Bartender Joshua Perez reinterprets classic French flavours using a kodawari approach. Explore an eclectic curation of vintage spirits and rare French brandies, framed by glittering cityscapes.

The inventive cocktail list reflects the Seven Virtues of VIRTÙ, layered with homemade blends and small-batch tonics. Sample one-of-a-kind creations such as Moulin Blanc, VIRTÙ’s take on the Moulin Rouge; Champs de Lavande, inspired by Tambara Lavender Park; and Takara, a tribute to herbal liqueurs from France and Japan.

VIRTÙ is open from 5:00 pm to 12:00 midnight Sunday-Wednesday, and 5:00 pm to 1:00 am Thursday-Saturday. Cocktails are priced at JPY 2,200 ++.

All You Can Tea, at THE LOUNGE

Be among the first to experience a sky-high Afternoon Tea at THE LOUNGE, gazing out at the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji beyond. Award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Yusuke Aoki teams up with wagashi artists to create a beautiful ensemble of sweets, including seasonal parfaits, Japanese desserts and Western high-tea classics.

Savour free-flow teas chosen by the Hotel's Resident Sommelier and brewed in the traditional manner: the Covered Tea Sayamakaori is known for its umami notes and lingering aftertaste, while the Yuzu & Kaki Leaves Tea has a gentle, comforting effect.

Afternoon Tea is available from 1:00 to 3:30 pm, at JPY 5,200 ++.
