This season, Jou Jou Brasserie at Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach invites guests to embrace the season´s easy going spirit with two irresistible offerings: Chef Gioia Baek’s fresh egg pasta dishes, handmade daily with love, and a limited-time Bubbly Breakfast experience designed for elegant morning indulgence, available from July 1 to August 31, 2025.
Fresh Egg Pasta Made Daily
Chef Gioia brings her passion for Italian cooking to life with a dedicated fresh egg pasta section on Jou Jou Brasserie’s new Summer Menu. Made by hand each day, the pasta is rolled, shaped, and cooked to order in a heartfelt nod to the simple joys of home cooking.
"Making pasta with your hands is something that brings back memories of Italy," Chef Gioia says. "It’s about taking your time and putting care into every step. My tip? Let the dough rest, and don’t be afraid to get a little messy."
Guests can choose from comforting Oxtail Ravioli filled with slow-cooked meat, Seafood Linguine with mussels, clams, and sweet Datterino tomatoes, the aromatic Vongole with tender Italian clams and herbs, or the bold, vegetarian Fregola alla Norma with Sicilian tomato, fried eggplant, and salted ricotta.
The menu also keeps things bright and seasonal with chilled starters like Ricciola Hamachi with basil and Espelette vinaigrette, citrus-bright Seabass Crudo, and a classic, cooling Vichyssoise. For mains, diners can savour Mediterranean Sea Bass with cannellini beans and clam emulsion, Provençale Sea Bream, or an indulgent Black Angus Beef Tenderloin.
Whether sharing a long, relaxed lunch with friends or enjoying a quiet dinner for two, Jou Jou Brasserie’s new summer menu offers an inviting taste of sunlit southern Europe, with every bite meant to be savoured.
Bubbly Breakfast
From July 1, 2025, guests can start their day with a sparkle at Jou Jou’s Bubbly Breakfast - a sophisticated morning affair featuring classic breakfast favourites, including fresh bakeries by Chef Nicolas Lambert, generous buffet stations for all tastes, and two glasses of Prosecco or Mimosa for AED 195 per person.
It’s the perfect excuse to linger over breakfast, celebrate with friends, or simply welcome the day with something special, because summer is all about taking the time to enjoy the little moments.
