Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Shai Salon

At the heart of the celebration is Blooming Hearts, a special Valentine’s Day cake which will be available at Shai Salon Vitrine from Monday February 9 to Sunday 15, 2026 for either dine-in or takeaway. The cake is a delicate composition of elderflower mousse, layered with lemon marmalade, almond biscuit, and fragrant elderflower jelly. Presented in a vibrant heart-shaped red velvet finish, and adorned with a bespoke chocolate decoration, the cake embraces the sweetness and sentiment that defines Valentine’s Day.

Jou Jou Brasserie

Celebrate Valentine’s with a special à la carte selection inspired by Jou Jou’s signature Mediterranean spirit, designed for couples who prefer romance without the rules. End on a sweet note with Blooming Hearts, Chef Nicolas Lambert’s Valentine’s creation.

For a more immersive experience, enhance the occasion with a curated pairing, or opt for a fully vegan tasting menu crafted with the same signature Sea Fu flair.

Capture the moment at a Perrier-Jouët photobooth framed with roses, created especially for the occasion, before toasting the night with curated pours and signature serves. The evening is elevated further with an à la carte dessert by Nicolas Lambert, alongside a refined selection of drinks, as the rooftop comes alive late into the night.

Each experience is thoughtfully curated for two, featuring a selected Valentine’s dinner menu, bubbly and welcome cocktails on arrival, elegant romantic décor with flowers and cake, carefully curated music, and dedicated personalised service throughout. For those looking to elevate the evening even further, the ultra‑luxury beachfront cabana includes Dom Pérignon Brut, enhanced luxury décor, red heart everlasting rose details, a rose bouquet, a chocolate box, and live Valentine’s music with a violinist.
