Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is launching a new monthly brunch series, offering an elegant and convivial dining experience in the heart of the city. Guests are invited to enjoy a refined brunch curated by the hotel’s Chefs Michele Fortunato and Toshikazu Kato featuring a lavish spread of gourmet dishes complemented by live music entertainment.
From the freshest seafood to traditional cold cuts, roasted meats, fresh salads, pastas, a selection of sushi and sashimi and decadent desserts, the Brunch des Bergues promises a memorable gastronomic journey.
The buffet-style brunch includes:
- Seafood delights: Fresh oysters, lobster, and seasonal catches of the day
- Traditional Cold Cuts: A selection of artisan charcuterie and cheeses
- Roasted Meats and Hot Dishes: Tender cuts of meat, seasonal vegetables, and expertly prepared pastas
- Fresh Salads: A variety of seasonal salads, perfect for lighter fare
- A selection of sushi and sashimi
- A range of seasonal pastries, tarts, and desserts created by Pastry Chef Lyece Major
