Love in the Countryside at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire
This February, to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire will launch a new Love in the Countryside package. Whether celebrating the love of a partner or a friend, Four Seasons has the perfect relaxing retreat in beautiful British nature.
Guests of Love in the Countryside will be greeted with cocktails and canapes on arrival and a bouquet of roses will be placed in one of the recently renovated rooms or suites to begin the celebrations. The cocktails include an option of Lust, Desire, Romance and Love: mixing sweetness with spirits for a delicious welcome.
They can then relax into the afternoon by taking a stroll on the 500-acre (200 hectare) estate or enjoying access to the facilities at the 18th century stable block spa. A spectacular pool is the centrepiece of the spa, and jets in the outdoor vitality pool revitalise and refresh. For those who love the great outdoors, there’s croquet, tennis, clay pigeon-shooting, horse-riding (stables and instructors), fly-fishing, falconry and bird-watching.
In the evening, guests will indulge in a special four-course Valentine’s Day menu in Fox Hollow, a dining space with charmingly eclectic British design, for adults-only. The menu has been created by Executive Chef Talha Barkin and his talented team, including a glass of Louis Roederer NV Brut Rosé, House Cured Loch Duart Salmon Tartare and Charred Tenderloin and Braised Beef Cheek.
Following a comforting and cloud-like sleep in a Four Seasons Bed, the next morning guests will wake up to a special champagne breakfast to continue the celebration.
The Love in the Countryside package starts from GBP 830 including a one-night stay for two in luxury accommodation, welcome cocktails and canapes on arrival, a four-course dinner in Fox Hollow, and a champagne breakfast. The package is available to book until February 12 for stays from February 13 to 19, 2023.
