Heart of the Earth Spa at Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai Announces the Return of its Inner Peace & Wisdom Wellness Retreat
Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai will welcome back the Inner Peace & Wisdom Retreat from August 7 to 9, 2026, presenting a three-day wellness immersion at the award-winning Heart of the Earth Spa. Set along the pristine shores of Ha My Beach, the retreat is led by returning visiting practitioner Judy Xu, Founder of Balance Health Hong Kong and Co-founder of Manifest Co-Pilot, together with Sudha Nair, the Resort’s Wellness Manager and Resident Naturopath.
Designed for those navigating overstimulation, emotional fatigue and the demands of modern life, the retreat offers a structured journey that supports nervous system regulation, emotional steadiness and a deeper connection to time honoured Eastern healing traditions.
“With intention and practice, each of us can cultivate a capacity for serenity. Our Inner Peace & Wisdom Retreat creates a safe, supported space for guests to move inward at their own pace and leave with tools that travel home with them,” says Sudha Nair.
“The response to last year’s programme was remarkable—guests spoke of shifts that stayed with them long after they left,” shares Marcel Oostenbrink, General Manager. “This year, with Judy and Sudha working in close collaboration across every session, the transformation is set to go even deeper.”
Retreat Overview
The retreat unveils a fuller understanding of peace through three distinct dimensions:
- Return to Calm: Works directly with the nervous system, guiding the shift from high stress to regulated ease. As mental chatter quiets, participants are able to tune in more deeply to their inner awareness.
- Peace in Trust: Fosters emotional steadiness, supporting a return to calm amid challenge, not by avoiding difficulty, but by engaging with it differently.
- Access Pure Potential: Moves beyond the thinking mind. In this state of zero, insight and clarity emerge through presence, creating a natural foundation for intentional action.
