Each dish is meticulously crafted by Executive Chef Guillaume Galliot for a festive display of gastronomic excellence. Caprice’s six-course lunch menu is priced at HKD 1,788* (December 24, 25 and 31), while the dinner menu is available at HKD 5,088* (seven-course on December 24) / HKD 3,988* (seven-course on December 25) / HKD 4,500* (six-course on December 31) per person.

Families looking for authentic and exquisite Cantonese delicacies can head to Lung King Heen, the world’s first Cantonese restaurant to be awarded three Michelin stars, on December 24, 25 and 31 for a nine-course dinner (vegetarian option available) curated by Executive Chinese Chef Chan Yan Tak that can satisfy the most discerning palates. Highlights include Wok-fried Australian Quail Fillet with Mushrooms and Bamboo Shoots, Braised Whole South African Abalone with Sea Cucumber in Supreme Oyster Sauce, and Steamed Cream Custard Dumpling with Sago and Orange Zest.

A Festive Lunch Buffet (HKD 1,188* per person) will be served at ARGO on December 23–26, 30–31, 2023 and January 1, 2024, where a sumptuous spread will be set up in the conservatory-like space replete with hanging terrariums, opulent curves, and wooden murals that meet floor-to-ceiling windows sharing unobstructed views of Central.

A cosy nook designed with a warm and inviting flair, Gallery offers bespoke Chinese teas from Yu Tea House or coffee from Omotesando Koffee, to be served alongside the Festive Afternoon Treat (HKD 568* per person) with treats inspired by the Hotel’s Michelin-starred establishments, available all weekends in December, as well as December 23–26, 30–31, 2023 and January 1, 2024. Look rejuvenated and feel pampered before the festivities kick off with a visit to The Spa. The 2.5-hour Winter Warming Ritual (priced at HKD 4,200*) is designed to remedy winter dryness and evoke a festive feeling. It begins with a relaxing foot soak and progresses to a therapeutic massage using Camellia, Rosemary, and Juniper blended essential oil.

Following this, a nourishing hair and scalp massage is performed using Biologique Recherche's energising hair tonic, leaving the hair strong and healthy. The hands and feet are treated to a deluxe Bioxidea mask that restores softness and suppleness with Omega oils. Ignite the Spirit of Giving: Christmas Tree Lighting and Charity Events

Spread joy at the Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, where love and care for the community takes centre stage. The program will feature a captivating lighting ceremony with enchanting live music performances at the Hotel Lobby on November 28, 2023, from 6:15 to 7:30 pm. It is part of the week-long Christmas Charity Sale hosted by the Hotel in partnership with the Community Care Fund (CCF). 10 percent of all proceeds from selected festive items sold will be donated to CCF.

Over at ARGO, the world’s #34 best bar as named by the World’s 50 Best Bars 2023 list, the countdown kicks off from 10:00 pm until 2:00 am with innovative cocktails and a DJ performance. A package for two (HKD 4,300*) includes a bottle of Dom Pérignon, a Hong Kong Egg Waffle and guaranteed table seating.
