Four Seasons Hotel Houston Named by U.S. News & World Report Among the Best Hotels in the United States for Fifth Straight Year

Four Seasons Hotel Houston has again been named the among the Best Hotels in the United States in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hotel rankings.

The Hotel, in receiving this recognition for the fifth consecutive year, also received the publication’s Gold Hotel badge, recognizing it as being ranked among the top 20 percent of all ranked luxury hotels in the United States.

The Hotel, #1 in Downtown Houston, was also named among the top hotels in the United States (#143), in Texas (#5), and in Houston (#2). These rankings mark further elevation over the Hotel’s 2025 scores (#159 in the United States, #8 in Texas, and #2 in Houston). The Hotel is often recognized for its renowned service; robust seasonal programming; and acclaimed restaurants and bars, including Bandista – the #1 bar in Texas and #59 in the United States, Richard Sandoval’s Toro Toro pan-Latin steakhouse, and the bourbon-themed Bayou & Bottle.

The 16th annual Best Hotels rankings evaluate more than 31,000 luxury properties across the United States, Europe, Bermuda, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. The methodology considers a hotel's star rating and both expert and guest sentiment by collecting annual awards from distinguished travel publications and user scores from various sources, the combination of which helps determine each hotel's rank.
