Heralded Tokyo Cocktail Bar VIRTÙ to Pop-Up at Bandista at Four Seasons Hotel Houston

Bandista, the acclaimed speakeasy inside Four Seasons Hotel Houston, welcomes Tokyo’s VIRTÙ as its first international pop-up, on February 3 and 4, 2025.

VIRTÙ recently received the Michter's Art of Hospitality Award and was named #11 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars, as well as being named to the World’s 50 Best Bars. With stunning views of the Tokyo skyline, VIRTÙ masterfully combines the essence of modern Japanese ingredients and techniques with the elegance of classic French flavours and traditions. VIRTÙ is perched on the 39th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, a 3-key hotel in the Michelin Guide Japan.

Head Bartender Keith Motsi, winner of the 2023 Altos Bartenders' Bartender Award, and Assistant Head Bartender Graham Kimura will take the stage at Bandista for this special two-night pop-up engagement, showcasing five VIRTÙ house cocktails featuring Michter's whiskies, Los Siete Misterios mezcal, and Farmers gins, priced from USD 30 each.

Ninety-minute seatings are available by reservation, with proceeds benefiting Camp H-Town.
