Unique Meeting and Event Facilities:

- Beach Cleaning Robot – Bebot is an innovative beach-cleaning robot designed to clean Jimbaran beaches efficiently and sustainably every day. Resort gardeners separate waste into categories – plastic, seaweed, cigarettes butts, wooden, bottle and paper – and everything is either recycled, upcycled or distributed to local community to be converted (e.g. cigarette butts are converted into brick).
- On-Site Pyrolysis Machine – This efficient waste management recycling machine converts plastic waste, including that collected by the Bebot, into diesel fuel and black carbon. Diesel fuel is used for the trucks that transport Ayung water from Sayan to Jimbaran Bay - a 90-minute drive. Black carbon is converted into pencils, and the resort is currently exploring making coasters for TELU, Jimbaran Bay’s community-conscious bar.
- Soap For Hope Program – Used soap from guest rooms is collected each month by the housekeeping team and donated to the ROLE Foundation, who employ marginalised women to clean, process and repackage it. Around 2,000 recycled soap bars are donated by ROLE each month to orphanages in Bali.
- Internship Program for Hearing Impaired Students – Each year, students from the School for Special Needs, Nusa Dua complete three months of on-the-job training at Four Seasons Jimbaran Bay in their chosen department e.g. Housekeeping, Food & Beverage etc. The resort also donated traditional weaving machines to the school to develop students’ skills and preserve this ancient cultural art.
- Clean-up Events – Monthly clean-ups of resorts’ local areas – Jimbaran Beach and Ayung River Valley – and participation in annual clean-up events including Bali’s Biggest Beach Clean-Up and International Coastal Clean-Up.
- Preservation of Bali’s Arts Heritage – The resorts’ cultural program provides guests with the opportunity to meet and do workshops with local artists from around the island, including painting, traditional calligraphy, dance, music and more.
- Mangrove Forest Tree Planting Program – Each purchase of a Mangrove Revival cocktail at Sundara, Jimbaran Bay or a Mangrove Rejuvenate Smoothie at Sayan goes towards planting three mangroves in collaboration with a Mangrove Ranger.
- Charitable Donations Through TELU – Jimbaran Bay’s zero-waste cocktail bar donates a percentage of profits to three local community initiatives. Bali Children Foundation provides crucial school resources for young minds; Coral Gardener contributes to the restoration of coral reefs for a sustainable future for our oceans; and Sungai Watch tackles plastic pollution and protects and restores Bali’s rivers.
- Ganesha Cultural Centre, an interactive and experiential space dedicated to exhibitions and workshops in Balinese art, music and crafts
- Jala Cooking Academy, a stand-alone cooking school that gives food lovers of all ages and experience levels the hands-on opportunity to discover secret local cooking techniques using organic Indonesian ingredients
- Heli-Surfing Tours, surf exploration with Tropicsurf to discover a pristine wilderness that offers uncrowded, world-class waves at G-Land
