Brent's passion for mixology was ignited after discovering the art of crafting different ingredients into unique cocktails to meet every guest’s discerning taste and palate. Working with skilled craftsmen and mentors laid the foundation for his success today. His focus on the alchemy of cocktail pleasure saw him rise through the ranks over the past six years, culminating in several accolades including the Diageo World-Class Bar Academy, but most notably as a Finalist: Patron Perfectionist.

He thrives on transforming non-conventional ingredients into memorable concoctions drawing inspiration from childhood experiences. In Brent's mixology philosophy, precision and measurement are paramount. His focus is always on the spirit itself, favouring a clean and neat approach without overshadowing the essence of the base ingredients.

Brent is as adept at creating something bespoke as he is in delivering the classics with local flavours and a modern twist. “I have a great time bringing character to life through new creations aiming to surprise and create wonder,” says Brent.
