As the reflective nights of the fasting month unfold, Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur invites families and friends for a celebration of faith, festivity and flavour. Time-honoured culinary and cultural treasures come together at Curate, enfolding guests in the rich heritage of Malaysia.

As the sacred month begins, Curate is transformed into a glamorous kampung, combining simple rustic aesthetics with touches of modern elegance. Vibrant colours, handwoven decorations and batik fabrics are interspersed with stylish design accents, creating an ambience that’s wonderfully familiar yet utterly luxurious.

Welcome to a culinary celebration rooted in the heart of Malaysia. As the moon rises, a captivating food bazaar springs up at Curate, complete with live music.

Guests can explore an array of global flavours – from the beloved classics and local favourites to delicacies from Japan, China, India and the West. At the live counters, Four Seasons chefs bring signature specialities to life, including Kambing Golek Utara (Smoked Roasted Whole Lamb) and Nasi Ulam with black truffle and minced wagyu beef. On the sweet side, savour delights such as the Pistachio and Rose Om Ali, Rose Bandung and Pistachio Panna Cotta, and Cendol Rice Pudding.

From March 1 to 15, 2025, diners can also enjoy a selection of authentic Indonesian dishes, crafted by Visiting Chef Surya Hadinata from Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay.

Hari Raya Buffet

Celebrate the auspicious occasion of Hari Raya Aidilfitri with a superb feast at Curate, best shared with loved ones. Extending from the kampung of Malaysia to the Middle East, India and beyond, this bazaar-inspired buffet offers endless opportunities for discovery and joy.

Sample highlights such as the Salmon Fish Head Assam Pedas, Chayote Shoot and Young Jackfruit Kerabu with Alaskan Snow Crab, and Chicken Sharwama. Along with freshly crafted creations such as Nasi Bakar Seafood and Fried Salmon with Spicy Lemak Sauce, the menu features mezze selections, tandoori tikkas and kebabs, and indulgent desserts from around the globe.
