Right Place, Right Time: Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya Launches Weekly On-Trend Dining Events

This autumn, two new dining experiences ensure Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya remains the city’s go-to gastronomy destination. Renowned for its global dining offerings, the Forbes Five-Star urban sanctuary launches two weekly events designed to be shared - Unlimited Sushi Night at Sintoho every Tuesday, and Mix & Mingle at Dai Forni every Thursday - bringing together live music, fine food and drink, and a sense of being in the right place at the right time.  

Unlimited Sushi Night at Sintoho every Tuesday

Every Tuesday night from September 24, 2024, in-the-know Kuwaitis and expats can head to the on-trend Sintoho Restaurant and Lounge for Unlimited Sushi Night. From 5:00 pm until 12:00 midnight, the stylish hotspot on the Hotel’s 21st floor will be serving unlimited sushi alongside uplifting DJ beats and soaring city views for KWD 20 per person.

Oozing ambient vibes, Unlimited Sushi Night is the perfect see-and-be-seen night out. Diners can choose from seating with panoramic views over Kuwait’s glittering lights or a chilled lounge area overlooking Al Shaheed Park. Complimentary valet parking service ensures a stress-free arrival before a refreshing drink sets the welcoming tone.

Following a starter of miso soup, a “buffet on wheels” brings an array of handcrafted sushi direct to diners, including maki rolls and nigiri glazed and torched at the table and two trolleys of sushi and nigiri with signature sauces. After feasting on unlimited sushi, a dessert of kakigori - crushed ice with mango, matcha or cherry syrup - ends the night on a sweet note. DJ Solo's deep house and melodic techno music adds a soaring soundscape to the whole experience.

Mix & Mingle at Dai Forni every Thursday

Equally committed to bringing new experiences to Kuwait City, the Hotel’s chic Italian restaurant Dai Forni will be launching Mix & Mingle every Thursday. From October 3, 2024, diners can head to the lively eatery with its espresso bar and huge copper-sheathed wood-burning ovens - from which the restaurant gets its name - for live music and delicious Martini drinks alongside classy Italian comfort food.  

Atmospheric live renditions of iconic hits come courtesy of Kuwaiti musician and singer Zak Musawi, while custom Martini Mocktail recipes have been crafted by the Hotel’s mixologists and are available to purchase on the night. As part of the event, diners can savour 50 percent savings on starters every Thursday.
